Judith Heald
Judith Heald has worked in the early years sector for many years; her formative years were spent directly working with children, families and professionals in many early years settings. She moved into the delivery of in-service training for early years professionals working with schools, colleges and universities specialising in child development, early literacy and providing exciting purposeful play environments for young children. She later became the City Pride early years training and development manager, co-ordinating services and training across four local authorities in the North West region, securing successful partnership between the public, private and voluntary sectors. During this time she worked with many major childcare organisations, QCA, Sure Start and government groups working towards the National Childcare Strategy, Every Child Matters. Judith became an independent consultant working both in the UK and USA. She then spent time as an inspector inspecting funded nursery education. She is now working with a variety of organisations as an independent education and childcare consultant and has written and developed each aspect of 'The Learning Dome ©'.

Sarah Quinn
Sarah is a qualified primary and Early Years Teacher and has taught in Early Years and primary settings for many years. She then worked within inspection and as a manager. She has experience of childcare, primary school, nursery and Children's Centre inspections. She has delivered training on the EYFS framework and the Principles of the EYFS, safeguarding, equality and diversity, phonics and reading. She currently works as an independent consultant, alongside Jude, and has delivered a wide variety of training within childcare, nursery and school settings. Her passion is bringing high quality to all education and care.
Sarah has developed a management training package, which provides training for each level of management and includes effective supervision and performance management procedures. She is supporting a number of providers in the development and maintenance of strong self evaluation procedures and the completion of various self evaluation forms.
Sarah is working towards a Masters degree in Educational Leadership and Management and has recently gained a Diploma in Educational Research skills. She holds a Certificate in Training skills and a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring skills and puts this to good use when working with practitioners, managers and other staff on a one to one basis. She has a warm and engaging style and is highly skilled in finding creatve solutions to perceived problems.
Judith and Sarah work closely with a number of highly qualified consultants from a range of backgrounds and with a broad base of knowledge.
